Surveys do pay pretty well

December 22nd, 2010 at 09:42 pm

I did a survey yesterday which took me approximately 17 to 18 minutes. I was paid $3.00. I figure that on an hourly basis that would be about $10. an hour. You don't have to leave the house, get dressed, or drive. You don't have to pick up your check or take it to the bank. That's pretty good when you really break it down.

Sometimes I wonder if doing a survey for $3. is worth it. I think that it is if it is a legit organization.

Hi, Dee. Surveys do pay pretty good considering you don't have to show up at a job every day and can do them whenever you want to in your jammies. I do surveys from Lightspeed Panel, Toluna, FocusLine, NFO My Survey, Opinion Outpost, and ClickIQ. Would you like some referrals? Maybe you could refer me to a couple of sites?

I also do Lightspeed panel and NFL MY survey. I used to do opinion Post. I'm not familiar with the other ones that you named. Are you happy with them? I' doing one called npdor.com but I have never won anything on it. Most of these survey sites don't want to pay very much or even anything, just points.

With all of the ones I do, I accumulate points, but because I do the surveys every day, the points accumulate quickly and I can cash in quickly. I have not become personally acquainted with any that pay several dollars per survey. I only do ones that I can cash in for checks, paypal, or gift cards for things I actually use

I like Pinecone. It's a reputable survey company and they pay $3. per survey. They used to pay $5.00 which was great. Ocassionally they will send a product for you to try and then you will do another survey based on that product and will receive another $3.00. I have really received some great products that I kept.

I like Pinecone also. It is the only one that I do right now. They pay you $3 now. When they paid $5 the surveys were much longer. I like the shorter ones.

I don pinecone and i enjoy the product samples. I also do toluna, but find them very tedious. However, when i was out of work, i kept at it steadily and between the 2 averaged about $50 a month, which paid some bills.

i'd be interested to know how much the others who have commented here make doing theirs.

I would love to get on Pinecone's list, but you can't just go to their website to sign up. You have to click a link on a banner on another website. I have never seen one.

I had a bad experience once with a survey that didn't pay, but maybe I should have looked for some insurance by going with a larger, more recognized and reliable company. That would lead to better outcomes, I'll bet.
